There are many small things we can do all the time to make progress in public awareness of Migraine disease and other headache disorders.
This page of our site will list things to do on a regular basis as well as specific opportunities to speak out.
Now and on a regular basis
Find your local lawmakers and urge them to take action. You can find your Congressional Delegates in our legislative action center.
Spread the word
You can download our flier and distribute it to friends, family, whomever you know to encourage them to participate in this project.
